QCell has over 41 roaming partners around the world and is continuously establishing new partners. Roaming is available for both Postpaid and prepaid customers.

To use QCell Roaming Service:

  • For Prepaid users: simply recharge your account adequately to the amount you want to use while roaming. Customers can also conveniently recharge their QCell SIM cards by travelling with recharge cards as well as receiving e-recharge (E-Voucher) from family and friends in Sierra Leone. Customers can call Customer Care on 111 or visit any of our customer shops to swap their SIM Card to roaming simcard for activation.
  • For Post-paid users: Post-paid users who do not currently have roaming service are required to pay a security deposit fee before embarking on their trip in order to access the roaming service. On arrival, turn on your mobile phone and QCell SIM card will detect a network by default. However, you may also manually select the network you want to roam with.
