4G LTE Equipment
As a lastest player with the fourth Generation of technology in Sierra Leone,
QCell provides seamless internet services for its subscribers and also provide
compatible devices. Customers can access 4G LTE directly on their 4G capable
mobile devices or use our 4G MIFI router and WIFI dongle to access faster
internet experience at any of our 4G LTE covered areas.
QCell offers the latest technology in indoor CPEs which serves 32 users at a time
and the MIFI routers, WIFI Dongles and Dongles which serve 10 users at a time.
All devices are available at all Customer Care outlets.
How To Subscribe to 4G using your handheld Device?
- Make sure your handset supports 4G / LTE
- Dial *335# and reply with 1 for LTE
- Go to your settings and switch from 3G to 4G / LTE
- Switch your data off and On to immediately connect from any 4G network site
available.
Note: QCell has launched 4G LTE in Freetown and major parts of the western
area as Test Phase . Upon completion of this test phase, plans are on the way to
expand to the provincials .
