Activating your eSIM
visit one of our QCell Shops to have your device evaluated for eligibility by one of our diligent customer care agents. They will guide you through the entire setup process. IPhone
If you use an iPhone, follow the steps below:;
- After the eligibility of your device has been confirmed, our customer service representative will provide you with a QR code to activate your eSIM.
- Go to Settings on your phone and tap on “Mobile Data”.
- Then tap on “Add Data Plan.”
- Scan the QR code that you received from the customer care agent
- The customer care agent will then associate the SIM serial and PUK number on the QR code with your mobile number.
Android
If you use an android, follow the steps below:;
- After the eligibility of your device has been confirmed, our customer service representative will provide you with a QR code to activate your eSIM.
- Go to Settings on your phone and tap on “Network & Internet”. Then select “Mobile Network” on your phone.
- Tap on the “Advanced”, then tap “Carrier” and then “Add Carrier”.
- Scan the QR code you were given by the customer care agent
- The customer care agent will associate the SIM serial and PUK number on the QR code with your mobile number.
